MAKE A CHANGE FOR THE BETTER
Change can be stressful. At Bank of Franklin County, we
understand.
What if we took all the hassle out of moving your accounts? What
if you didn't have
to make the phone calls or write letters? What if all you had to
do was provide us with a
little information and we handled the rest? After all, if we
want your business, shouldn't
we make your move 'for the better' from the beginning?
Our knowledgeable associates will be happy to find the right
solutions for you.
We find that getting to know you goes hand in hand with going
out of our way.
Talk to your banker. We're different. That's a promise.
MAKE THE CHANGE IN THREE EASY STEPS
STEP 1:
Open a Bank of Franklin County account today by calling
any of our knowledgable
new account representatives to start the process or by
completing the
Getting
Started form online and dropping it by one of our
convenient locations.
STEP 2:
Let us walk you through moving your automatic payments
and direct deposits.
We will complete all the necessary forms for you. All we
need from you is a list of
names, addresses, phone numbers, account numbers and
amounts. Please complete the
Automatic
Payment/Direct Deposit Information form and return it to
us with your completed
Getting Started form from STEP 1. Don't worry
if you don't have all the information at your fingertips, a
copy of your most recent
bank statement would help to move the process along. When we
have completed
the necessary forms, we will mail them to you for your
signature, and you can
return them in the enclosed postage paid envelope.
STEP 3:
Closing your old account. We will monitor your account to
make sure that all of
your automatic payments and direct deposits have made the
switch to your new
Bank of Franklin County account. As soon as all of your
automatic payments and
deposits have been transferred to your Bank of Franklin
County account, we will
send a request to your former bank to close the account, if
you authorize us to
do so. We will notify you when we send the request to your
former bank.
