Bob is proud to call Washington home. As a lifelong resident, he has seen it grow from a small, quaint town to its current hub of bustling retail activity.
With almost 40 years of banking experience, Bob brings a wealth of knowledge, both in banking and in the communities in which we serve.
Bob has been involved in numerous civic organizations and clubs over the years including: Washington Civic Industrial Board, East Central College Foundation Board, Washington Town & Country Fair Board and Washington Historical Society Finance Committee.
Bob established the Bank of Franklin County with the founding directors in 2000.

Gant Harper
EVP of Commercial Banking
Gant comes to the bank with a wealth of knowledge and expertise in banking and other various industries. Most recently, he worked as President of Saint Louis Bank. Before being named President, he was the Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer of the bank. He has also worked several years as a CPA and has held management positions in contracting and manufacturing companies. Gant graduated from the Graduate School of Banking at University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2014.

Andrew Graham
SVP, Senior Commercial Credit Officer
Andrew is a lifelong resident of Washington and has more than 15 years of experience in the financial industry. He joined Bank of Franklin County in 2018 as manager of the commercial credit department, where he oversees underwriting and loan documentation. Andrew regularly attends client calls and meetings to support the lenders.
As an active member of the community, he volunteers with the Washington Lions Club and the Washington Town & Country Fair.

Dustin Jasper
VP, Commercial Banking
Dustin has more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry. He joined Bank of Franklin County in 2015 as the Consumer Loan Manager, where he manages the day-to-day operations of the bank’s consumer lending portfolio and can help in many areas of lending, from consumer to commercial loans.
As an active member of our community, Dustin has served on the board for the Franklin County Area United Way; and is currently a member of the OLL Athletic Association, and coaches several youth athletic teams.

Jason is a Commercial Lender who specializes in working capital, equipment, and commercial real estate financing needs. With over 15 years in the banking and finance, Jason has found a lending niche in manufacturing, commercial contractors, agriculture, and commercial real estate industries.
As a father of three kids, Jason's time is spent at youth sporting events, cheering from the sidelines. Jason and his family reside in West St. Louis County.

Dennis has more than 23 years of banking experience with extensive knowledge in SBA and Commercial lending. He has successfully helped many individuals and their families with their business startups. expansions, acquisitions, and real estate financing needs.
Dennis served in the United States Marine Corps. He was named to the "Top 100 People to Know" list in Small Business Monthly.
Outside of banking, Dennis is an active Rotarian and youth baseball coach.
